Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Crag Lab Blend website. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Usage Terms
- This website is provided for informational purposes about our stone, wall, and rockery services.
- You agree to use the site and contact form only for legitimate enquiries.
- Access to the site does not require registration.
- Fair use of the contact form is expected; automated or bulk submissions are not permitted.
2. Account Terms
This website does not currently require account creation. Should account functionality be introduced in future, these terms would be updated accordingly, and you would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you.
3. Service Availability
- We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Content and features may be updated, modified, or removed at our discretion.
- Services described are provided within Japan, though enquiries from elsewhere are welcome.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Crag Lab Blend unless otherwise noted.
- You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission.
- Any content you submit via the contact form remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy of what we publish
Descriptions of stone types, wall batter angles, bedding depths and typical scopes, such as walls up to 1.8m or layouts of around 60m², are given in good faith from our own work in Aichi gardens. Ground conditions differ from plot to plot, so the site is a general guide and not a substitute for a visit. Please do not start excavation or demolition on the strength of a web page alone.
6. Using the contact form
- Tell us what you can about the garden; partial details are fine.
- Photographs you attach should be your own or taken with the owner's permission.
- Please do not send payment details, identity documents or anything you would not want stored in an email account.
7. Links to other sites
We occasionally link to public guidance, for example on retaining wall regulations or local stone. We do not control those pages and cannot vouch for later changes to them. A link is not an endorsement of a supplier, and we receive no payment for any link on this site.
8. Changes to these terms
We review these terms when our services, prices or the way the site works change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when they were made.
9. Availability through the year
Work on site follows the weather. During the rainy season in June and July, and in periods of frozen ground in winter, we may move visits and reply to messages more slowly. The website itself remains available, and enquiries sent during those weeks are answered in the order they arrive.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion will be heard by the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@crag-labblend.com or to our office at 5-10-17 Shimizu, Kita-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 462-0844.
11. Photographs and illustrations
Images on this site show the kinds of stone, walls and gardens we work with. Some come from projects and some are reference photographs; they illustrate an approach rather than promise that your garden will look the same. Colours on screen differ from stone in daylight, which is why the walkthrough leaves physical samples with you for a week.
12. Prices shown on the site
Prices listed for the walkthrough, the wall review and the layout plan include consumption tax and are reviewed at the start of each year. If a price changes after you have booked, the price at the time of booking still applies.
13. Security of the site
Please do not probe, scan or overload this website, or use automated tools to copy its pages. If you notice something that looks like a security problem, tell us at info@crag-labblend.com and we will look into it promptly.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid under Japanese law, the remaining parts continue to apply as written.
15. Language
This website is published in English for gardens across Japan. If you would prefer to discuss a project in Japanese, say so when you write and we will arrange it; the meaning of these terms does not change with the language of the conversation.
